1. Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer delhivery for domestic orders within India. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to the world. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

2. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days of purchase. However, please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons or for custom orders.
  • maximum time for a digital product to be delivered by us would be 60 mins after receiving the payment and minimum time will be of 20 mins as of now
  • digital products will be sent through an email and the invoice will be digital

3. Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
  • For international orders, delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.

4. Shipping Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.  

5. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address.
